Religious Trojan Horse ~ By Brannon Howse

Worldview Weekend Foundation –

Book description:
Brannon Howse echoes the warning of Jude 3-as urgent now as the day Jude first wrote the words almost 20 centuries ago. Godless worldviews have been eroding Europe’s and America’s Judeo-Christian heritage for years, but now the problem has taken a dire turn for the worse. While false teachers have been around since biblical times, infiltration of the church has increased alarmingly, just as Jesus predicted in Matthew 24.

Well known evangelical and pro-family leaders have joined in events, alliances, and common causes with a shocking array of unbiblical partners. As a result, many contemporary “Christian” leaders embrace and encourage the false Jesus and false gospels of Mormonism, the New Age Movement, Roman Catholicism, Word of Faith teachers, the New Apostolic Reformation, Eastern Mysticism, and the spiritual left. Our bitterest philosophical enemies have made it past the gatekeepers of both mainstream and evangelical Christian thought, and anti-Christian worldviews have assembled within the walls of our churches. As a result, hostile forces wreak havoc in the minds and hearts of believers who are caught unaware.

In Religious Trojan Horse, Brannon exposes the outrageous breach of integrity in the Church, compromised by popular and dangerous teachings that are anything but scriptural. With thorough and precise documentation of every claim and accusation, Brannon shows exactly who is to blame and how. In this book, you’ll discover:·
How the philosophy and eschatology of false religions have infiltrated evangelicalism;
·
The saboteurs who have convinced 21st century evangelicals to embrace and promote heresies of the social gospel, dominion theology, ecumenicalism, mysticism, social justice, and communitarianism;
·
The real and present danger that a false church has brought “soft” persecution to biblically committed Christians-with worse to follow;
·
The potential for an apostate Church to become the catalyst for the coming New World Order;
·
How the Harlot Church of Revelation 17 will do the bidding of a one-world leader;
·
The threat that mainstreaming a blend of “signs and wonders” with mystical “Christianity” has already conditioned unaware sheeple to accept a one-world leader;
 ·
That the pro-family “industry” and its “culture war” have been an easy mark for infiltration by enemies of the Gospel;
·
How Rick Warren, Tony Blair, Joel Osteen, C. Peter Wagner, Glenn Beck, Mikhail Gorbachev, the Rockefellers, Mike Bickle, Rick Joyner, Peter Drucker, Jim Wallis, Tony Compolo, Kenneth Copeland, Creflo Dollar, Benny Hinn, and others have assisted in “building the religious Trojan horse.

Brannon explains how the world’s religions are converging through a syncretism now supported by evangelicals. His revelations will shock you at first. Then you’ll likely be tempted to despair. And make no mistake, the situation is grim. Yet Brannon offers hope simply by opening your eyes to what is happening and what still can be done. He charts the path on which we can return to truly biblical teaching, preaching, and raising of our children.

“Certain men” are indeed creeping in unnoticed, but God is still in charge-and working decisively through those who will not exchange any of the truth for a lie. Religious Trojan Horse will help you become one of the ones stand against the invaders.

The “David Barton Lies”

“David Barton, president of the WallBuilders organization and a frequent guest on Glenn Beck’s broadcasts, is one of America’s most popular Christian history writers. Liberal critics have long accused Barton of misinterpretations and errors, and readers of the History News Network recently voted a new Barton book, The Jefferson Lies, as the “Least Credible History Book in Print.” But now some conservative Christian scholars are publicly questioning Barton’s work, too.”

Little Horn Pt. 1

The “little horn” is a mystery in Bible prophecy that was foretold by the prophet Daniel. The term “little horn” means little king (Daniel 7:7-8 & Daniel 7:23-25).

The focus of this article series is the kingdom of the “little horn” and its religion.
The purpose of the article series is to show the unveiling of Bible prophecy throughout history.

The kingdom of the “little horn” is the last of the world empires, and is also the kingdom that Jesus Christ will judge, and destroy, when he returns to establish his own kingdom on earth. The foretelling of the rise and fall of world empires was given, by God, through the prophet Daniel, who lived during the reign of the Babylonian Empire, and in the beginning of the reign of the Medo-Persian Empire. Below is a timetable (from top to bottom) of the rise and fall of these empires. The statue is from Daniel chapter 2.  It starts with Babylon and ends, at the feet, with the kingdom of iron and clay. The kingdom of iron and clay is the kingdom of the “little horn” (Daniel 7:23-25).

In Daniel 2:31-45, King Nebuchadnezzar has a dream, which only the prophet Daniel can interpret. Daniel gives the interpretation to the king. The dream is of the rise and fall of world empires until Christ’s second coming.  The above chart shows both the dream and the fulfillment of the dream. World history shows the last kingdom to be the Holy Roman Empire.Rome of the Caesars is depicted as pure iron. The Holy Roman empire is depicted as both iron and clay.

Daniel also has a dream of the rise and fall of the same kingdoms in chapter 7. In this chapter, the “little horn” is described. The “little horn” is the capital of the last empire. The capital of the last empire is Rome. Rome and the “little horn” are described as one.

The “little horn” no longer reigns over the empire as it use to, but the kingdom itself remains. The “little horn’s” kingdom is Rome, and its religion remains as well. The following articles will describe the religion and history of the “little horn”. The articles will show that the “little horn” is a religion, which ruled over the kings of Europe, and that during its reign, has fulfilled much of Bible prophecy. The article series will show that the religion of the “little horn” is Roman Catholicism, and that the king of the religion is the office of the pope.

Authors of Confusion Pt. 12 – The Age of Reason

Quote from The Works of John Adams, Second President of the United States, Volume 1

“But all the provisions that He has made for the gratification of our senses, they are much inferior to the provision, that wonderful provision that He has made for the gratification of our nobler powers of intelligence and reason. He has given us reason to find out truth and the real design and true end of our existence.”

Is this true?
Is the power of reason enough for sinful man to find out truth and the real design and true end of our existence?
Does Adam’s theory takes sin into consideration, as a possible hindrance to finding out man’s real design, and true end of existence?

Comparing Adam’s statement with Scripture reveals the following:

Sin has corrupted our ability to use our reason to acknowledge the true God.

Romans 1
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

Sin causes us not to want to use our reason to search for, and submit to, the truth about God.

Romans 1
23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
28    And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

For this reason, God has caused our reason to become even more wicked.

Romans 1
26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
29    Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
30    Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents

This judgment from God has also made our ability to reason deficient.

Romans 1
31 Without understanding

This judgment from God also causes the mind of man to delight in the very things that it identifies as wicked.

Romans 1
32    Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

Reason cannot rescue mankind from this plight.
God, himself, then proves to be the greatest provision to man.

John 3
3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
4    Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?
5    Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6    That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7    Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
8    The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

Hebrews 8
8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:
9 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.
10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.
12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

The hope for the depraved mind is the gospel of Jesus Christ, alone.

2Corinthians 5
17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
