The New Christianity Pt. 6 – The “New Age” Experience-Based Religion

The New Christianity was described by Alice Bailey (founder of Lucis Trust Publishing Company, which was originally named Lucifer Trust), in her book, “The Externalization of the Hierarchy”, in this way:

This is a transition period between the passing out of the Piscean Age, with its emphasis upon
authority and belief, and the coming in of the Aquarian Age, with its emphasis upon individual
understanding and direct knowledge. The activity of these forces, characteristic of the two signs,
produces in the atoms of the human body a corresponding activity. We are on the verge of new knowledges and the atoms of the body are being tuned up for reception. Those atoms which are
predominantly Piscean are beginning to slow down their activity and to be “occultly withdrawn,” as it
is called, or abstracted, whilst those which are responsive to the New Age tendencies are, in their turn,
being stimulated and their vibratory activity increased. ~ Externalization of the Hierarchy, Pg. 2

Bailey stated that authoritative teachings, and faith, is being replaced with individual understanding, and direct knowledge, which, also, is indicative of this post-modern era. This means that the new Christianity is to replace the importance of authoritative, biblical truths, with heartfelt feelings and experiences that will lock people into a strong delusion from which most will not return (2Thessalonians 2:8-12). This doctrine has the capability of single-handedly ending all that was regained by the Protestant Reformation.

Oprah Winfrey, who claims to be “Christian”, described this same “new age” spirituality when she stated that “God is not a doctrine to believe, but an experience to be had”. For more information on the spirituality of Oprah Winfrey, click on the link entitled “The Church of Oprah“.

The false Apostle, Bill Johnson, made reference to this “new age” spirituality when he spoke this way about following Christ, and knowing God:

“Those who feel safe because of their intellectual grasp of Scriptures enjoy a false sense of security. None of us has a full grasp of Scripture, but we all have the Holy Spirit. He is our common denominator who will always lead us into truth. But to follow Him, we must be willing to follow off the map—to go beyond what we know” ~ When Heaven Invades Earth: A Practical Guide to a Life of Miracles, Pg. 80

“The Nature of God is revealed in story form…because the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy…you’ve chosen, by your decree, what you want to draw into the atmosphere, in order to reinforce that which is born in the heart of God” ~ Bill Johnson – Was Jesus a ‘Born – Again

Johnson states that Christians are to follow Jesus by going outside of Scripture (the map), and what it has taught believers about God. He also stated that people come to know God when Christians tell their own personal stories about him, and that this is the spirit of prophecy. Furthermore, he said that this practice causes Christians to be able to change reality as though believers share in God’s creative power. This is simply a different way of teaching the word of faith, “law of attraction” heresy, which is very popular within the “new age” religion.

One perfect example of the “new age” spirituality of the new Christianity can be found in the video below. It is a clear display of experience over biblical doctrine, through a revival movement where the gospel of Jesus Christ is not preached, and no one seems to notice.

War on Consciousness Pt. 10 – CASUISTRY IN AMERICA ~ By Chris Pinto

Noise of Thunder Radio –

Chris discusses the topic of the Jesuits and their history of casuistry, by examining the writings of 17th century philosopher, Blaise Pascal. Incredibly, Pascal wrote about the Jesuits’ methods of justifying evil acts — including abortion. The phrase “the end justifies the means” is called the battle axe of their philosophy, and is said to govern the Catholic Church even now. Could this be true? Is there evidence of “casuistry” in American culture and politics today?

To listen to the radio program, click on the link entitled “CASUISTRY IN AMERICA“.

Two examples of the Jesuit’s promotion of casuistry in America are listed below.

NEW YORK

The Rev. Robert Carter, who in the early 1970s was one of the first Roman Catholic priests in the country to declare publicly that he was gay and who helped found the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, died Feb. 22 in the Bronx. He was 82.

 His death, at a Jesuit health care facility, was confirmed by the Rev. Thomas R. Slon, executive assistant to the provincial of the New York Province of the Society of Jesus.

Father Carter’s coming out was a very public one. In October 1973, Dr. Howard J. Brown, a former New York City health services administrator, announced that he was gay and that he was forming a civil rights organization for homosexual men and women. Then called the National Gay Task Force, it later became the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force.

The Observer

A celebration honoring the life and work of Robert Drinan, a Jesuit and former Massachusetts congressman, will take place at the Boston College Law School.  The panel, which will take place on March 7, was announced on Friday, February 18, and will feature other pro-abortion speakers.

Among the members of the panel is Fr. Raymond Scroth, S.J., who has publicly supported pro-abortion political policy.  He has recently published a book entitled, Bob Drinan: The Controversial Life of the First Catholic Priest Elected to Congress.  Also scheduled for the panel is Congressman Barney Frank, whom the Cardinal Newman Society calls “a strident defender of legal abortion.” An article on Lifesitenews.com remarks that Frank’s “opposition to Church teachings is well-known in both personal and political life.”

Robert Drinan, a native of Massachusetts, graduated from Boston College in 1942.  That same year, he joined the Society of Jesus.  From 1956 to 1970, Drinan served as the Dean of the Boston College Law School.  In 1970, the Jesuit was elected to the House of Representatives, where he served for twenty years.

Authors of Confusion Pt. 16 – Charles Stanley Pt. 2 – Stanley & Friends

The first article on Charles Stanley was a short expose on his heretical teaching, and his promotion of Roman Catholic mysticism. This second article will further discuss his heretical view of salvation, and his longstanding practice of ecumenism.

Dr. Stanley’s ecumenical work can be traced back to 1979 with the “Moral Majority“, which he helped to start with the ecumenical Jerry Falwell, a Melkite Greek, Roman, Catholic Church, a false prophet (Pat Robertson), and even included a Southern Baptist, who was also a Grand Orator of the Grand Lodge of freemasons in North Carolina.(to be fair, Dr. Stanley might not have been aware that the Southern Baptist was a luciferian)  For more information on the ecumenism of the Moral Majority, click on the link entitled “Catholics and the Moral Majority“.

Dr. Stanley has also been a ministry partner of TBN for more than 15 years, and still is to this day. TBN is a major religious television network, and its programs are aired all over the world. However, TBN isn’t a force for the good, but for the kingdom of darkness, because it is more than just ecumenical, concerning its partners. What makes this religious television network so much worse than the Moral Majority is its promotion of some of the worse false teachers, and their heresies, and false gospels. Even the TBN founder, Paul Crouch, affirms the heresies of the network’s ministry partners, such the “little gods heresy“, “the name it claim it heresy“, the “false prosperity & health gospel“, and many more.

The problem with being apart of this religious television network is that it claims to be a Christian network, when it clearly isn’t, and for a well respected minister, such as Charles Stanley, to partner with such a false ministry, which is leading millions to Hell every year (while taking the donations of the deceived followers/victims), is that he is giving creditability to a false Christianity that exists to deceive people, and lead to them Hell. In this way, Dr. Stanley is partaking in all of the evils of TBN and their partners, because he has been, for many years, making himself a willing participant of this apostasy (2John 1:8-11).

Young naive preachers may get involved with TBN, and even stay a partner with the network for some time, but as time goes by, they will hear of the horrendous sins of TBN, and will have to realize that God is not the power behind TBN, but Satan. At that point, every preacher would have to make a decision, which is to separate, and be holy, or to remain, and loose their eternal reward, and even their souls (2John 1:8-11, Matthew 16:24-27, Matthew 7:21-23, James 4:17).

After more than 15 years, Dr. Stanley has decided to remain a loyal ministry partner of the disgraced TBN.

Dr. Stanley does not stand alone in this sin, because TBN has many, well respected ministry partners, such as the late Adrian Rodgers, Way of the Master Ministries, Charles Swindoll, Franklin Graham, Jack Van Impe, Jay Sekulow, and many more. Therefore, it would be wrong to only make mention of Charles Stanley. To mention TBN is to bring into view every untrustworthy televangelist, who dared to partner with TBN, and to remain, even after years of being informed of the corruption of the network, and after ignoring all of the clear warnings from Scripture about the danger, and prohibition, of bad influences (1Corinthians 15:33-34, 1Timothy 5:21-22, 1Timothy 6:3-12, 2Timothy 3:1-1-7, 2John 1:8-11, Hebrews 12:14). The disobedience of these preachers have led millions into a wrong understanding of what it means to live godly in a corrupt world. By walking hand-in-hand with evil, they have led millions of Christians to believe that they, too, can walk hand-in-hand with evil, and still enter into eternal life.

This matter of abiding in evil, while claiming to be a follower of Christ, then brings into view the antinomian heresy of Dr. Stanley, which teaches people the following lies:

…a Christian who at no point in his entire life bore any eternal fruit. And yet his salvation is never jeopardized. There is never a question about where he will spent eternity

John 15
1    I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.
2    Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.
3    Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.
4    Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
5    I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
6    If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

Salvation, or justification, or whatever you wish to call it – stands independently of faith. Consequently, God does not require a constant attitude of faith in order to be saved — only an act of faith.

Matthew 24
13    But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Hebrews 3
12    Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.
13    But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
14    For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;
15    While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.

Hebrews 6
4    For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
5    And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
6    If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.
7    For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:
8    But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.

You can’t sin and live like the devil down here and get by with it even as a believer. The Bible says you will lose your reward but you’ll be saved so as by fire. You won’t lose your salvation, but there’s a whole lot to lose, brother, by sinful living.” ~ from the book “Eternal Security”

This statement is a result of confusing one kind of judgment with another. One type of Judgment is when believers, who served Christ, are judge according to their works. Some of the works that the various believers have done in Christ’s name will be tried by God’s holy fire, and stand its test, and be proven to be like gold, silver and precious stone. Some believers works won’t be approved of, and will not stand the test of God’s fire, and will simply burn up, yet the believer will be saved, even though his/her works will be burned up by God’s disapproval (Luke 12:45-48, 1Corinthians 2:10-15, 2John 1:8-11, 2Timothy 4:6-8). The distinction is the ministry works that will be judged, and not the fruits of the Holy Spirit.

Another judgment is the separating of the goats and the sheep. This judgment has to do with salvation and eternal punishment. Many people, who thought that they were serving God, will be rejected, and Jesus will tell them that he never knew them. They will be cast out into outer darkness, eternal fire, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth, forever and ever (Matthew 7:21-23, Matthew 24:46-51, Matthew chp. 25, Revelation 20:11-15, Hebrews 6:1-8, Galatians 5:16-21, Revelation 21:7-8). This is the judgment seat of Christ, where those who did not know Christ, nor did they obey him, will be judged, and those who do know him, and bore the fruit of the Holy Spirit, will be received with joy.

Dr. Stanley is right in saying that a believer will never lose their salvation, because every believer is born of God, and cannot live a life of sin, because God’s eternal seed is living in them (1John 3:3-7, 1Peter 21:25, John 6:37-40, Philippians 1:6, Romans 8:29-30). However, this also means that Dr. Stanley is wrong, because he claims that Christians can live like the devil, bear no fruit of the Holy Spirit, and not endure in faith until the end, and still enter the kingdom of God. In saying this, Dr. Stanley has turned the grace of God into lawlessness (Romans 6:1-3, Jude 1:3-4). Just as adding man-made laws to the gospel, ruins the whole gospel, Dr. Stanley’s subtraction of holiness from the gospel ruins the whole gospel, and to believe it is to fall away from the faith, because it is a major heresy (Galatians 5:7-9, Galatians 5:19-21, Ephesians 5:1-7, Hebrews 12:14, Galatians 1:8-9).

In light of the many compromised televangelist, and well known preachers, and their ecumenical practices, it would be best to refrain from learning about Christ, and the gospel, by these media personalities. Instead, it would be best to simply abide in Christ; the word of God, and stay in close fellowship with a doctrinally sound local church. This is because people have a tendency to idolize their favorite celebrities. Even Christian celebrities are idolized, and followed without testing what they teach against the word of God to be sure that their teachings are true. The proof is that Dr. Stanley, Billy Graham, and many others have been compromising the gospel, and millions still have not caught on, but have followed these people into serious error that will damn their souls for eternity.

Teachers, pastors, evangelists and others, are given by Christ for the purpose of getting the church grounded in their knowledge of the gospel so that the church will not be deceived by the many false teachers in the world (Ephesians 4:11-14). But God did not give them to us so that we would become followers of them, and take their names, and subscribe to their doctrine (1Corinthians 1:10-17). The Holy Spirit is the primary teacher in the church, and he is the one who guides us into all truth, so that we would no longer need fallible human being to teach us.

1John 2
26    These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you.
27    But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
28    And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.

Hebrews 8
10    For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
11    And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.

John 15
3    Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.
4    Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
5    I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
6    If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

Authors of Confusion Pt. 16 – Charles Stanley

What makes Charles Stanley an author of confusion are his teachings that promotes “easy believism”, and his promotion of heretical teachings and practices, such as Roman Catholic mysticism. The two offenses are listed below.

Excerpt from “Eternal Security”:

“It certainly does not mean hell in the parable [Matthew 22]. How could a master throw a slave into hell? This phrase appears in a similar parable in chapter 22. In that parable an unwanted guest is bound and thrown out of a banquet hall into the “outer darkness” (see Matt. 22:13); it clearly refers to being thrown outside a building into the dark.”

Stanley’s unbiblical teaching on eternal security turns the biblical doctrine of eternal security into the lewdness of antinomian heresy. Stanley’s teaching denies the passages of Scripture that states that every person who does not abide in Christ will be plucked out , spewed out, rejected, denied ever to have known Christ, thrown into the fire, and burned (John 15:6, Matthew 25:6-12, Matthew 7:15-23, Hebrews 6:4-8, Revelation 3:15-16).

Stanley has also promoted teachers of Roman Catholic Mysticism, such as Johnathan Wilson-Hartgrove, who is a Benedictine monk. For more information click on the links entitled “The Craft of Stability“, and “IN TOUCH MAGAZINE OF CHARLES STANLEY PROMOTING CONTEMPLATIVE NEW MONASTICISM“.

Stanley has also been accused of being out of touch with the gospel, because of his ministry’s endorsement of false converts, who are clearly living in open rebellion against God, such as claiming to be a born again Christian, while married to a spouse of the same gender. For more information, click on the link entitled “Letter to Charles Stanley: Is In Touch Getting Out-of-Touch With the True Gospel?

Believers are prohibited by Scripture from partnering with heretics, as Stanley has done (2John 1:8-11, 2Corinthians 6:14-18, Hebrews 12:14). This is bad fruit, and deception. Scripture’s command regarding people like Charles Stanley, who make a practice of violating major doctrines concerning the gospel, is…

Romans 16
17    Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.
18    For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.
19    For your obedience is come abroad unto all men. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil.

Matthew 7
15    Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
16    Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
17    Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18    A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
19    Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
20    Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

Deuteronomy 13
1    If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder,
2    And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them;
3    Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
4    Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.

2John 1
8    Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.
9    Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
10    If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
11    For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

The Gifts of the Holy Spirit & The Counterfeits

It is important to understand the purpose of the gifts of the Holy Spirit in order to discern the difference between the true gifts of the Spirit, and the false gifts of the spirit of antichrist. This is an important matter because the spirit of antichrist is leading people away from the gospel, and polluting the souls of many with idolatry and witchcraft; all while claiming to be the work of the Holy Spirit. The purpose of this article is to explain the purpose of the spiritual gifts, and to make the distinction of the false spiritual gifts.

The use of the gifts throughout history is subject to much dispute, because various church elders have reported the presence of spiritual gifts in the church. However, Roman Catholics makes the same claim, such as St. Augustine and St. Bernard of Clairvaux. Therefore, claims of spiritual gifts being used throughout church history requires extensive detective work, because the claims of the presence of spiritual gifts by false believers can only amount to the affirmation of the false gifts of the spirit of antichrist.

Here is a short list of reports of the claims of spiritual gifts throughout the church age:

The spiritual gifts were used to establish the 1st century church (Hebrews 2:1-4, Acts 2:1-43, Acts chp 3, Acts 5:1-15, Acts 13:6-12, …etc.). Now that the church has been established through the use of these gifts, the result, of these gifts, is the New Testament (the written word). Therefore, it would be folly to turn back to the gifts that were used, by the will of God, to give us the very thing that grounds us in our knowledge of God and the gospel, which is the “word of God”. Therefore, the church should not seek spiritual gifts, but the study, meditation upon, and obedience to, the word of God (John 15:3-6, Psalm chp. 1, Psalm 119:1-18). This is abiding in the word of God, and it leads to living under the control of the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:16-25, John 8:30-32).

After the 1st century, the use of counterfeit gifts became popular by false churches. These were cults, and their heresies were the same heresies that we hear being taught today by the same kind of charismatic cults, such as the New Apostolic Reformation. For about the last 1900 years these kind of cults emerged, and reemerged, and have tried to claim to be the true Christian faith, or the “complete” Christianity. One of these ancient heretical movements was called Montanism“. The link provides an idea of what this movement was like. For more information, click on the link entitled “Why Were the Montanists Condemned?

The foundation that modern charismatics use to build their heresy of practicing spiritual gifts is the claim that after salvation is the need for a second blessing from God, that comes be either a private mystical experience, or by the laying on of the hands of a charismatic leader, such as a modern day apostles, prophet, pastor…etc. This claim contradicts the word of God which teaches that believers are sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise upon believing the gospel, and that anyone who does not have the Holy Spirit does not belong to God, but is still a child of the devil.

The accounts within the book of Acts describes the fulfillment of the promise of the Holy Spirit, which was prophesied by Joel, John the Baptist, and Jesus (Joel 2:28-29, Matthew 3:11, Acts 1:5). The manifestation of the Holy Spirit, which was prophesying, and speaking in tongues, made the fulfillment of the prophecy evident to the Jews. Now that the doctrine of “the Holy Spirit is for every believer” has been established, their is no more need for these signs to be repeated (Acts 2:14-18, Acts 10:37-48). Now the command to the hearer is simply “repent and believe the gospel, and you will receive the Holy Spirit”. Therefore, every believer has the Holy Spirit upon believing the gospel, and there is no need for a second blessing (Ephesians 1:11-14, Ephesians 2:1-6, John 3:3-8, John 1:12-13). To teach that their is a need for a second blessing pollutes the gospel message, and sets the foundation for the spirit of antichrist to build its false gospel alongside the true gospel (Galatians 5:7-10).

The gifts of the Holy Spirit must provide sound doctrine, and inspire the church to obey the word of God, and it must never teach people to disregard, or disobey, Scripture, and it should not lead the church into speaking falsely about God, or the gospel (1Corinthians 12:1-13, 1John 2:26-29, 1John 4:1-6). However, cults do all of these things, and, through false spiritual gifts, lead people away from the gospel. The true gifts of the Holy Spirit must lead people to the gospel, which is what the word of God does when it is taught.

The occasional occurrence of miracles is not proof that the gifts of the Holy Spirit are just as active in the church as they were in the first century. Rather, a common occurrence of the spiritual gifts is proof of their continuance.

For the sake of fairness, one may also find the gift of the word of wisdom, the word of knowledge, and the gift of faith, at work in various, even non-charismatic, believers, who may not even be aware that this is their gift. But for the most part, the majority of the spiritual gifts have not been active in the church throughout the church age, as they were in the 1st century. This does not at all mean that God cannot cause the gifts of the Spirit to be in operation within the church. Neither does this mean that God will never bring some of these gifts into use again. On the contrary, they will be made abundantly evident during the great tribulation, but not throughout the “pretribulation” church age (Revelation 11:3-6).

1Corithians 12
7    But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.
8    For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;
9    To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;
10    To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues

Believers need to see that Scripture was the goal of the spiritual gifts, and that adherence to Scripture grounds believers in the faith, and matures them, because it is truth (John 17:17), it is perfect (1Corinthians 13:8-12), it is the mirror for the souls of men (James 1:21-25), It is the “more sure word of prophecy” to be trusted above any experience (2Peter 1:18-21), and it is able to make believers wise in our knowledge of the gospel, and it is profitable for doctrine, testing, correction, instruction in godly living, so that God’s people will be matured, and equipped, for every good work (2Timothy 14:17).

John 17
17    Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

1Corinthians 13
8    Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.
9    For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
10    But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.
11    When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
12    For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

James 1
21    Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
22    But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
23    For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
24    For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
25    But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

2Peter 2
18    And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount.
19    We have also a more sure word of prophecy; where unto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:
20    Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
21    For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

2Timothy 2
14    But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;
15    And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
16    All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17    That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Those who taught, within the last hundred years, that the gifts of the Holy Spirit should be just as active in the church today as they were in the 1st century, were heretics and occultists. They have brought about a false Christianity that is currently leading the masses into believing false gospels, and into being controlled by the spirit of antichrist. For more information on the invasion of the false gifts in the church, see the videos below.

Christians, Politics, and the Presidential Elections

Which is the right choice for Christians? The Mormon heretic, or the false Christian, Obama?

They’re both, phony, Christian, pagans.

The “mystery of iniquity” is man claiming to be a god, and demanding to be worshiped as a god, such as the Cesares and the popes (2Thessalonians 2:3-7).

Obama is worshiped as though he were the Messiah, and Romney believes that he will become a god and have his own planet, and have endless sex, with many wives, and making, with them, many spirit babies; very much like Islam.

Romney’s religion also believes that the American constitution is inspired by God, because the constitution was written by the spirit babies of god the father (the same heavenly father who impregnated Mary, who gave birth to Jesus). This, of course, makes the founding fathers, of America, equal with Jesus.

Both candidates are antichrist’s who are in no way fit to represent the true followers of Christ. The options that people are given to vote upon are “antichrist” and “antichrist”.

However, Jesus told us that Satan’s kingdom is not divided. Therefore, it only appears to be divided for the sake of deceiving people into investing their time and energy into fighting on one side, for the good, against the bad guys, on the other side, with the hope that good will prevail over evil. That is indeed deception (Matthew 24:4-8, Revelation 6:1-4, Revelation 12:7-12).

But what about religious liberty, which is currently threatened? Shouldn’t Christians get involved in politics, at least, for the purpose of upholding freedom?

It is important. It is also not promised, but persecution is promised (Mark 10:30).

Matthew 24
9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.

Therefore, as we try to maintain liberty, we must remember that the age we live in is the judgment of tyranny, poverty, war, and death(Matthew 24:4-8). And it is from God. We will fight for liberty, and loose the fight. And those who claim to be our leaders, and representatives, are betraying us in secret, just as Bush Jr. did, just as the popes did, just as Brannon Howse explains in his book, just as Jesus said that they would.

Liberty is a big deal, and as we fight to maintain it, it will be lost. If we hope for it, we will be disappointed. We must expect to loose this battle as we fight.

John 16
1 These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be offended.
2 They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.

Our true fight is in preaching the gospel, and keeping it pure. This fight cannot be lost.

Matthew 24
8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.
10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Since this is the case, should Christians stay out of politics altogether, and simply wait for the coming persecution?

Not exactly.

We must simply warn the church about the danger of trusting politicians, such as believing that these presidential candidates share our values. We’ll be okay as long as we remember that they are professional liars for hire, that do not represent Christians, but are instead controlled by the spirit of antichrist, as they work inside of an antichrist system.

We must tell our fellow believers that their is no room for us in this world’s system, and that the more we get involved, the more we will be corrupted by it, and eventually, those who do not conform to the corruption, will be forced out.

Instead of saying that we shouldn’t be involved, we should remind those who are involved, what to expect – rejection & persecution.

We should also inform them that politics is not Christ’s calling to his church, and therefore, should not be considered as ministry, but an earthly affirm, which we must not be drawn away from the work of the gospel for.

We should, instead, encourage them in taking a stand for godliness, truth, and mostly, for the gospel, within the political arena; while reminding them of what the outcome will be. That way, they will not be disappointed, and will not be carried away by the false gospel of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Instead, we should always be mindful of, and ready to preach, the gospel, which is the power of God in the church, toward a corrupt and perverse generation. Not for reclaiming and transforming the culture, but for calling the lost out of the culture, and to take up their cross; forsaking life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, for the cross and eternal life (Mark 8:34-37, and 1John 2:15-17).

Authors of Confusion Pt. 15 – The Calvary Chapel Movement

Lighthouse Trails Research –

In 2006, Calvary Chapel made a public stand against  contemplative spirituality and the emerging church; they also stated:  ”The teaching and positions of Rick Warren have come into conflict with us at Calvary Chapel. Pastor Chuck has directed us to discontinue this product effective immediately. Chuck Smith read Deceived on Purpose, A Time of Departing, and Faith Undone and found them right on. In a number of radio programs, Smith favorably acknowledged the work of Lighthouse Trails, and in private e-mails to editors at Lighthouse Trails, he made his support of our work and warnings to the body of Christ evident. But over the past few years, several confusing things have taken place that leave many wondering just what direction the Calvary Chapel movement is really heading. An upcoming conference called Twelve: 2011 Global Online Gathering held by Saddleback Church and Rick Warren is another example of why many people are becoming increasingly confused about Calvary Chapel.

One of the most “memorable” incidents was at Greg Laurie’s Harvest Crusade 2009, when Rick Warren sat on the podium, was introduced by Chuck Smith as his “friend,” and gave the opening prayer.

Religious Trojan Horse ~ By Brannon Howse

Worldview Weekend Foundation –

Book description:
Brannon Howse echoes the warning of Jude 3-as urgent now as the day Jude first wrote the words almost 20 centuries ago. Godless worldviews have been eroding Europe’s and America’s Judeo-Christian heritage for years, but now the problem has taken a dire turn for the worse. While false teachers have been around since biblical times, infiltration of the church has increased alarmingly, just as Jesus predicted in Matthew 24.

Well known evangelical and pro-family leaders have joined in events, alliances, and common causes with a shocking array of unbiblical partners. As a result, many contemporary “Christian” leaders embrace and encourage the false Jesus and false gospels of Mormonism, the New Age Movement, Roman Catholicism, Word of Faith teachers, the New Apostolic Reformation, Eastern Mysticism, and the spiritual left. Our bitterest philosophical enemies have made it past the gatekeepers of both mainstream and evangelical Christian thought, and anti-Christian worldviews have assembled within the walls of our churches. As a result, hostile forces wreak havoc in the minds and hearts of believers who are caught unaware.

In Religious Trojan Horse, Brannon exposes the outrageous breach of integrity in the Church, compromised by popular and dangerous teachings that are anything but scriptural. With thorough and precise documentation of every claim and accusation, Brannon shows exactly who is to blame and how. In this book, you’ll discover:·
How the philosophy and eschatology of false religions have infiltrated evangelicalism;
·
The saboteurs who have convinced 21st century evangelicals to embrace and promote heresies of the social gospel, dominion theology, ecumenicalism, mysticism, social justice, and communitarianism;
·
The real and present danger that a false church has brought “soft” persecution to biblically committed Christians-with worse to follow;
·
The potential for an apostate Church to become the catalyst for the coming New World Order;
·
How the Harlot Church of Revelation 17 will do the bidding of a one-world leader;
·
The threat that mainstreaming a blend of “signs and wonders” with mystical “Christianity” has already conditioned unaware sheeple to accept a one-world leader;
 ·
That the pro-family “industry” and its “culture war” have been an easy mark for infiltration by enemies of the Gospel;
·
How Rick Warren, Tony Blair, Joel Osteen, C. Peter Wagner, Glenn Beck, Mikhail Gorbachev, the Rockefellers, Mike Bickle, Rick Joyner, Peter Drucker, Jim Wallis, Tony Compolo, Kenneth Copeland, Creflo Dollar, Benny Hinn, and others have assisted in “building the religious Trojan horse.

Brannon explains how the world’s religions are converging through a syncretism now supported by evangelicals. His revelations will shock you at first. Then you’ll likely be tempted to despair. And make no mistake, the situation is grim. Yet Brannon offers hope simply by opening your eyes to what is happening and what still can be done. He charts the path on which we can return to truly biblical teaching, preaching, and raising of our children.

“Certain men” are indeed creeping in unnoticed, but God is still in charge-and working decisively through those who will not exchange any of the truth for a lie. Religious Trojan Horse will help you become one of the ones stand against the invaders.

Mormonisn, Freemasonry, and Glenn Beck

Glenn Beck, the Mormon, wants to be considered by Christians, as a fellow follower of Christ. However, a simple examination of his religion, and it’s roots, and Glenn Beck’s Freemasonic symbols, will show that he is the exact opposite of a Christian, and should not be allowed to represent, or lead them, as though he were one of them.

Below is the Mormon temple in Utah, and one of its historical museums.

Mormonism was founded by a Freemason, named Joseph Smith, and the masonic handshake can be seen on the outside of the Mormon temple.

The “all seeing eye” can also be seen on the outside of the temple.

The inverted pentagram can clearly be seen as well.

The inverted pentagram is a symbol for Lucifer, just as the “all seeing eye”, and can also be see within the Mormon historical museum.

The god of Freemasonry is not Jesus, and the god of Mormonism, is not Jesus either. Therefore, these religions teaches idolatry.

“Lucifer, the Light-bearer! Strange and mysterious name to give to the Spirit of Darkness! Lucifer, the Son of the Morning! Is it he who bears the Light, and with its splendors intolerable, blinds feeble, sensual, or selfish souls? Doubt it not!”
[Albert Pike, Morals and Dogma of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, p. 321, 19th Degree of Grand Pontiff]

Also, Freemasonry teaches witchcraft.

Glenn Beck is not a Christian, but a Mormon, and a occultist.
