No longer is Christian Hip-Hop about Jesus Christ and his gospel, since it is now including the partnership with those whose message is the very opposite of the gospel – the love of money, fame, power, and materialism.

This is not the time to contend for Christian Hip-Hop; but the gospel and Jesus Christ. If mainstream Hip-Hop refuses to repent, then we who belong to Christ must turn away from it, since it is now worse than secular music by becoming a false light to the world.

Matthew 6

22    The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.
23    But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!
